What we compare
We organise public information about analysis services, systems engineering and relevant intelligence capabilities. Profiles describe the publicly documented scope of an offer, while buyer notes explain the questions to resolve before commissioning it. Inclusion does not establish availability for a particular project.
How providers are selected
Selection considers a provider’s stated capabilities, the relevance of its public evidence and the distinct role it adds to a comparison. Country lists may contain domestic and international candidates. A country heading does not imply a local office or an approved delivery arrangement.
How display order works
Lists use an editorial order and may include featured positions. Position is not the result of independent performance testing, a quantified market-wide assessment or a guarantee that the first entry fits every requirement. Capability descriptions and project-specific fit should guide the buyer’s decision.
What “best” means in our titles
The term identifies a shortlist for consideration. It does not imply that every supplier has been audited or that unrelated services can be ranked by a single objective score. We avoid invented ratings, prices and performance statistics.
Evidence and limits
Company descriptions link to primary sources where available. Introductory guides use public institutional references and original buyer guidance. Examples are hypothetical unless identified otherwise. Confirm current capabilities, commercial terms and the proposed delivery team directly with the provider.
